Hangzhou Kemesser Technology Co., Ltd. (KEMESSER) develops, produces and sells equipment for cell thawing, cryopreservation and low-temperature handling. The company was founded in 2013 and is based in Shangcheng District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
What we build
Three product families cover the whole cold chain of a cell sample:
- Cell thawing systems — ThawLINE, ThawLINE Pro, ThawHome (tube and bag), MobiThaw and ThawWaker. All use dry, water-free heat transfer instead of a 37 °C water bath, with permission levels, run protocols and exportable records on the compliance models.
- Controlled-rate freezing — CellHome containers deliver an average −1 °C/min cooling rate inside a −80 °C freezer without isopropanol or pre-cooling.
- Cold operation — CoolHome, HolderHome, BlockHome, TransHome and IceHome replace wet ice on the bench and keep samples organised during transfer.
Manufacturing and quality
Products are CE certified with a documented annual capacity in the tens of thousands of units. Quality is treated as the precondition for market access: incoming material checks, functional testing of temperature control on every unit, and packaging suited to air and sea freight.
Service model
Remote installation and operation training, English documentation, spare freeze cores and modules, and distributor support including demonstration units and price lists on request.
